The Founder

Thandeka

Thandeka, a Civil Engineering student, is the Founder of Hard Hat Girls. Her love for the engineering field, writing, photography, reading and the need to share information with others spurred her to start a blog.

She started Hard Hat Girls as a platform to share her experiences as her a girl in the STEM sector and as a way to encourage girls to choose careers in STEM related fields.
